Your student emails now open in a visual editor. You can write the copy, style it, add buttons, images, dividers and columns, and see the finished email as your students will receive it.

What changed

Every student email, from the welcome message to course chapter notifications, is now edited on a visual canvas. Type your text, use the "/" menu to drop in a button or an image, and the email takes shape in front of you.

The design of the email lives in the same place. Open the Design panel to set the background, the width of the email, spacing and rounded corners. Buttons and links pick up your academy's colour automatically, so emails look like the rest of your academy without any setup.

Why this is better than before

Customising an email used to mean writing MJML in a code editor, and the surrounding layout was a second, separate document you had to edit on its own. Two places, both in code, and no way to see the result without sending yourself a test.

Now it is one integrated experience. What you see on the canvas is the email, and the design controls sit next to the content instead of in a separate editor.

Get going faster

Every email starts from a ready-made version you can edit straight away, so you are never staring at a blank page. Adjust a sentence, change the button text, and you are done.

Personalisation is built in. Details like the student's first name, the course name or a link are available as tags you click to insert, and they stay highlighted in the editor so you can always see which parts of the email change per student.

When you want to check your work, Preview shows the finished email with real example details filled in, and you can send a test to yourself before anything goes out.

Your existing emails are safe

Emails you customised in the old editor keep sending exactly as they are, with the layout you set up. You can preview them at any time, and when you are ready to change one, switch it to the new editor.
