Give every member a better introduction

Community members can now add an optional bio to their profile. The bio appears directly on their community profile page, giving other members more context about who they are.

Make community connections more personal

Names and profile pictures are a useful starting point, but they do not always tell the full story. A short bio gives members space to share their background, interests, experience, or what they hope to learn.

This helps creators build communities where introductions feel more natural and conversations are easier to start.

Simple to add and update

Members can open their settings, find the Community profile section, and write a bio of up to 500 characters. Bios are completely optional and can be changed or removed at any time.

Available for Forento communities

Community profile bios are available to academies with the Community feature enabled.
